Jennifer Wiman, DNP (c), RN

Jennifer Wiman (she/her) is a dedicated healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical operations, vaccine management, and quality improvement. As the Director of Clinical Operations at ColoVAX, she oversees clinical workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and implements evidence-based practices to provide high-quality, equitable vaccination services. Her leadership plays a critical role in expanding vaccine access to underserved communities and advancing health equity.

Jen brings over 25 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience. Before joining ColoVAX, she spent 16 years at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a staff nurse and department education coordinator before transitioning to outpatient clinical management. She also served as Director of Clinical Operations at Every Child Pediatrics, where she led multidisciplinary teams, expanded clinical services, and implemented quality improvement initiatives across multiple locations.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Queens University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Leadership and Healthcare Systems at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Her expertise in vaccine administration, public health outreach, and clinical leadership supports ColoVAX’s mission to provide safe, accessible, and high-quality vaccination services across Colorado and beyond.
