About Us

Vaccines anywhere, for everyone.

ColoVAX is dedicated to improving access to public health services, including vaccines and test-to-treat options. Founded in early 2021 by a team of local public health professionals from Northern Colorado, we recognized a critical need for equitable public health clinics.

ColoVAX’s mission is to improve access to essential healthcare by providing flexible, equitable, and community-centered mobile clinics that prioritize safety and inclusivity for all.

We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care, including vaccinations, testing, and medications, with a focus on equity. Our diverse, multilingual team works diligently to ensure equitable healthcare access for all.

Our Story

Since our inception, ColoVAX has led more than 500 mobile clinics, administering over 17,000 vaccines. From 2021 to 2023, we conducted over 100 mobile clinics, reaching over 6,000 people. In 2024 alone, we have successfully organized over 355 clinics, including at Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCFs), schools, public events, and other community vaccination sites.

Our team brings decades of clinical experience, including work with the state and local public health agencies, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Our Mission

At ColoVAX, our mission is to increase access to essential healthcare services through flexible, mobile clinics that prioritize equity, safety, and community needs. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where underserved populations receive the care they deserve. By working collaboratively with local health agencies and community partners, we aim to ensure equitable health outcomes for all, especially those facing barriers to care.

Our Core Values

At ColoVAX, our mission is not just about providing vaccines; it’s about creating lasting change in our communities through our commitment to equity, accessibility, and collaboration. These core values guide everything we do:

Equity & Accessibility

We believe that everyone, especially underserved and marginalized populations, deserves access to essential healthcare services. Our mobile clinics are designed to eliminate barriers to vaccination, making them accessible and free of charge for all.

Community-Centered Approach

Our work is driven by the needs of the communities we serve. We design our clinics to adapt to local conditions, ensuring that we meet the specific healthcare needs of each community we work with.

Safety & Trust

Providing a safe, welcoming environment is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality care while ensuring that every person we serve feels respected, valued, and supported throughout their healthcare experience.
