Kathie Barbosa

Kathie Barbosa (she/her) brings over a decade of experience in administrative leadership, public health operations, and business management. With a strong foundation in healthcare coordination and team oversight, she plays a key role in supporting ColoVAX's mission to deliver efficient and accessible public health services. 

Before joining ColoVAX, Kathie managed large-scale public health initiatives and ensured compliance with Florida state regulations. She leads after-hours operations, expertly managing scheduling for her team, practitioners and healthcare facilities, while providing high-level executive support. She’s known for her organizational skills, calm under pressure, and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

With a background in Sociology, Medical Assisting, and Business Management, Kathie is passionate about supporting healthcare teams that make a difference in the community!
