Nicholas Contarino (he/him) brings extensive experience in privacy, data security, and healthcare law. Licensed to practice in Colorado and Washington, D.C., Nick is committed to ensuring compliance and ethical best practices in healthcare operations.

Before joining ColoVAX, Nick served as an attorney at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where he advised the state on privacy, data security, and healthcare regulations. He also worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company based in Colorado, focusing on privacy and consumer protection law. He began his legal career as a privacy and data security associate at Wilson Sonsini’s Washington, D.C., office, gaining valuable experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.

Nick holds a law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School. As the newest member of the ColoVAX leadership team, he is excited to support the organization’s mission by ensuring compliance and protecting the integrity of healthcare services.
